This is definitely one of the best hotels I've been in my life. A lot of things make this place really incredible and awesome, I felt I needed to pay way more for my room because everything was beyond my expectations. I personally recommend this hotel.
I saw, with my eyes, how the owners helped other tourists that had problems in other hotels, they are really interested in making tourists welcome. They were also really humble, I have absolutely nothing to recommend them to improve. I am so happy with this holidays and this hotel. My detailed review is below:
The attention was personalized: they told me tips regarding how to save money in the city, where to go, the attractions, directions.
The food was delicious: compared with other restaurants, the price was really cheap, and the quality of the food was more than excellent. Great wok!
How clean everything was: the bathroom, bedrooms, common areas, the pool, they were cleaned every day at least twice. It was really recomforting to see there were no mosquitos, nor flying things.
The bathrooms: they all have toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and fresh clean towels. The showers have hot and cold water and they are comfortable and clean.
The capsule rooms: they are smaller than a regular one, but you now that before going there. Still, they were really comfortable and quiet, each bed has electric plugs for cell phones, curtains for privacy, a small table and a place to keep all your luggage with a key.
The normal rooms: I didn't staid in one of them, but they were big and had everything you need.
Security: the hotel has cameras, and digital code entrance so it's pretty safe and I felt really good with that.
The location: this hotel is extremely near to everything you need. It is really close to the bus terminal (from where you take the bus or taxis to the Iguazu parks, Foz do Iguacu, or to Ciudad del Este or any other city or place), it is also really close of the pubs and restaurants street, and it has everything important close (bakery, pharmacy, taxis, supermarket), still, it's a quiet place.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED. This was the best, no smoke in the hotel, no drugged people, no hippies, no one bothering.
The check-in and check-out: fast, personalized and they make you a tour around the facilities. Also, they give you a map of the city and they ask you if you have any question or if you want to do something particular in the city.
The garden: they have a clean pool, and a cute garden to have a beer or eat something. Some nights we were talking by the pool, and when you are sleeping, the noise of the outside is not entering the rooms.response / report this review -

This looks to be a good place to stay, however, the owners are extremely rude, they were not friendly at all. We had a reservation for 4 people and the day before the trip they wanted to charge extra fees so we had to book a different room in a different hotel the last minute. The place looks good as I said, but the stuff who works there, specially the owners who also manage the hotel, they are not polite with foreign people. I don't recommend this place, there are a lot of good and cheap options in Puerto Iguazu,. If you want to avoid problems in the last minute, so avoid this place.

Fantastic staff! Super helpful and friendly! The capsule beds feel private and are nice and comfortable. There is no kitchen to do your own cooking, but you get a 10% discount at the attached restaurant (which has good food at fairly cheap prices). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling to Iguazú!

Awesome little hotel/hostel. The staff is extremely friendly and the restaurant is really cozy. I would certainly stay here again.

Muy buen lugar. Gran ubicación para los que estan a pie, a media cuadra de la terminal. En el centro de la ciudad y a 1 cuadra de un cajero automático. Buena atención por parte de los empleados, todo limpio y el desayuno rico. Buena relación precio-calidad.

Grand bel posto qualità prezzo ottima. I proprietari e chi ci lavora dentro sono molto disponibili e simpatici. Stanze grandi e pulizia ok! Bel spazio esterno con piscina. Terra il ristorante del Hotel molto buono con cucina fusion prezzi adeguati. Vicino a tutto 100m dalla stazione del Bus per le Cascate.

I stayed in the 8 bed dorm room. The bad was comfortable, there was a curtain for each bed for privacy, and there were outlets and a reading light at each bed. The room was a little small, but there was an area where I could store my bag and there were lockers below the bed to store things as well (bring your own lock). There's a pool in the back, but it was a little cool already, so no one was using it. The location is perfect, right in the center of town, so it's easy to get around. Also, this hotel does allow you to avoid paying the Argentinean lodging tax if you pay with a credit card and are a foreign resident. The breakfast was a good self-service buffet of bread, pastries, scrambled eggs (the do run out sometimes), cereal, and coffee.
The only downside is the internet didn't work very well. It seemed like it worked best during the daytime, but in the evening there are times you couldn't even load a webpage, no matter which network I tried.response / report this review -

Gran hotel, donde la calidad supera por mucho al precio. Excelente atención, habitaciónes con aire frío-calor, muy buen wifi. El restaurante es una muy buena opción también.
