It may not be a well maintained place but food is phenomenal and the service is good! Happy to eat at such places! You can also do sailing ⛵️

Similar to Cais De Quatro, the best thing this restaurant can offer is a nice view. If you want one of the most expensive meals in the city that doesn't taste great, then this is the place for you. Don't be tricked into the popular "Well, it's nice for Luanda" this place has very little going for it.
