the rooms are just what you need, good bed & bathroom, clean.
the staff partially really needs training, starting with returning a ‘bom dia’ to the guests.
breakfast starts at 6:30, but it takes another half hour for the fruits to arrive. asking for it disturbed the waitersstrange attitude.response / report this review -

Affordable hotel for the budget traveler, almost no ammenities

This weekend my family and I stayed at your hotel. The overall stay including the facility was quite pleasant. However, when we woke up this morning we noticed a strong chemical smell in the corridor and the lower levels. My wife questioned the receptionist at the front desk what was the strong smell. He replied that the facility had just been fumigated.
I don't know if it was insecticide treatment or flying insect control but the fumes were noticeable throughout the areas. Its pretty safe to say that most of us would like to assume that hotels have to disclose certain information.
In the future to ensure that the necessary safety measures have been put into place. I would recommend that management close one tower and move all the guest to the other. Follow the same procedure for the other tower. Provide notices or place signage in the front desk area to warn guest prior to check-in. Some guest may have respiratory or allergic reactions to the products used as the case with my six year old son. Please take my recommendations into consideration and don't just summarily dismiss them.response / report this review -

Bad. Demand upfront payment despite this not reflecting on booking sites. Aircon does not work, basically a fan. Had a drain issue. Food average at best but low quality for price. Friendly and attentive staff and nice rooms. Pity the accountants seem to be setting rules that arw cost cutring andbnot good for guests.
