  Christ the Redeemer, situated high up on the mountain overlooking the city of Lubango.
  Worth coming here if you are visiting this city.
  
  If you are lucky enough, you may see an aeroplane descending to the domestic airport nearby, and you get to see it at your horizontal view. Pretty amazing.

  There are not many statues like this - the one in Rio is obviously the most famous - but visiting this one definitely brings some real bragging rights!
