Lamentável. Serviram-nos comida estragada (Polvo). Reclamamos e disseram-nos que tinha de ser com o chefe, no dia seguinte reclamamos e o chefe simplesmente manda o empregado dizer-nos que devíamos reclamar no dia. Lamentável.
Atendimento dos empregados é bom mas a comida, os quartos e muita coisa tem mesmo de melhorar. Serviram-nos caipirinha de morango que não tinha cor e nem sabor a morango, quando questionamos disseram-nos que as frutas são todas congeladas e por isso é natural não ter sabor nenhum. Nunca mais lá vou. Lugar fraquinho. As imagens na internet enganam. Quarto minúsculo.response / report this review -

Good place, service is good and the foods also, I suggest you need to make some sounds to entertain more your guest even week days or week ends,and the important is life guard I never saw there, you can put also line limit on ocean you know for the safety of your guests. Thank you very much
