The restaurant itself is amazing, decoration and location. Food is great, a bit overpriced. Staff could be more pleasant.
The beach in front was very dirty, full of garbage, such a shame.

The new face of Café del Mar is beautiful, more beach vibe, and a relax spirit. Good tequila cocktail. Is not cheap like every restaurants in Luanda but with you want to have a few drinks (tequila cocktails: 2900 kz), snack or even a large brunch (6000 kz) you can spent less than 10.000kz.

One of the best restaurant throughout Angola, with magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean. Best time to be here during sunset. This is an upscale restaurant, so expect the price on the higher end. But for the price you pay, you will get a very good food in return.

Location is fantastic place is awesome and the food is good! But the staff and management. is very bad! It appears that hospitality is something you must love to do! Obviously this isn't the case here! A good day good evening etc. doesn't exist! Not to mention the prices equal to month salaries!
