The worst ever customer service I have experienced. They are a bunch of liars just out there to sell and don’t give a toss about after service. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from there. I wish google had negative star ratings as 1 star is way too much for them. Shame on them

I got an air conditioner installed at my house from ZigZag and they installed a pipe incorrectly which caused the water to leak on my neighbors heads. I called them 1 day later to fix the problem and they promised to come back and reinstall the pipe but they never came, I have been calling for the past 5 days
(1-3 times a day) for them to come but they keep on making promises they cant keep. ZigZag has lied to me and furthermore given me much inconvenience with their horrible customer service, Every time I called i was transferred one employee to another. Very Disappointed!!!response / report this review -

Ordered 1000$ refrigerator shipped broken, and they didn't want to change or refund , horrible service, every customer from this shop can proof My words. Also 95% of theyre workers do not know about electronic industry , no information , no anything ..
