  Stayed here for one night, wonderful boutique hotel. It's run by an Italian man who came to help after the 1988 earthquake and ended up staying, he purchased the buildings, restored them and the inner courtyard, and turned them into Villa Kars. Great example of traditional Gyumri architecture, and the rooms are furbished with interesting things too. The location is great too, right in the old city and within walking distance of all the interesting things. Definitely recommend staying here.

  Cozy place, the rooms' interior design and the buildings' exterior design are nice combination of new and old architectural peculiarities, craft souvenir store is simply gorgeous, highly recommend to visit and have lovely time !!!
