  Even though the food is excellent I am ranking with one star as their service never improves. You can stay in the line for 20 minutes. If there are two groups in the line instead of finishing with one group they serve them in parallel. At the end one of you may start their meal when the others already finished. Maybe it is good for their returning customers, but they serve your order to someone they know better, and make you wait for longer (even say we ran out of it).
