  Ճարտարապետական տիպով և մեծ ծավալներով շատ նման է Թալինի Կաթողիկեին, Դդմաշենի և Արուճի տաճարներին։ Բայց Պտղավանքը դրանիցից ավելի հին է, կառուցվել է 6-րդ դարի վերջին։ Շենքը բարձանում է աստիճանավոր պատվանդանի վրա, ինչպես Ավանի և Երերույքի տաճարները։

  Unfortunately, the church is in ruins
  But you can feel that it used to be a huge one It is still pleasant to be in it
  The windows of the church are decorated with lavish ornaments The sizes of the church are great It is very close to Yerevan.
