No wifi in the room plus in the morning there was no water we had to wait for around 45 minutes to be supplied with water. The water heater wasn't clean, it seems someone used it to make coffee.
The place was awesome, calm and peaceful. I loved a lot the view and bungalows. The woman receptionist was very friendly and helpful.response / report this review -

Good for quiet resting, like for training, family with kids, the place and in overall the lake itself is interesting, somewhat charming but infrastructure needs improvement and refreshment. Water is too cold to swim

We stayed in a cottage. There was no glasses, spoons or plates in our kitchen. But overall place is good. It is very very close to sevan lake. Area is clean. They have horses and deers. Also stuff is very friendly and helpful
