I am giving the hotel a 2 star review solely because of the friendly front desk staff who have been very helpful. The beds are very low and not overly comfortable. We had to unplug the nightlight to charge our phones. The pool and sauna are by hour and starts at 18,000 AMD for the first hour. By far the worst thing is our bags and items have been gone through multiple times and though nothing has been stolen it is still disconcerting to have your bag moved unzipped and opened. The breakfast is much more like a left over lunch from yesterday. The food does not seem to be very fresh and we had spaghetti and fried meat with chicken wings for breakfast. There is only hot milk for the cereal as well. I can not recommended this place to stay for its price.

This is a really nice place. First I want to thank each and every employer in this hotel for making me feel just like home. You are in the center but out of it at the same time. A good hotel with friendly workers, great services and responsible management ,the breakfast is delicious. Very nice view from hotel rooms. Thank you for your kindness.

Nairi is not a bad hotel but it's very far from the center. You need to catch a taxi to get there and for a tourist it can be a little bit expensive (From 600 AMD about less than 2$). You also can catch a 45th yellow bus and get off it near Medical University for 100 AMD for 1 person

I did not like the location, a long walk from the centre and nothing in the immediate vicinity. No free power sockets in room, had to unplug bedside lights to charge phone. Reported toilet continually running but not fixed in two days. Power failures and consequently elevators not working, shambolic impact on morning checkout. Restaurant supposed to be open until 8:00pm, someone had to open up at 7:30pm but food was mediocre, service worse, poor value for money. Pretty good breakfast.
