Elitar place for enjoying vacation and to restore a health
Great place and service, the breakfast is so so
Amazing views excellent service
This is a beautiful new construction. Considering it is located in Armenia, the facility is a 5 star; however I would have to settle with the services here. There is a big communication gap here. The Russian influence is immense. English is lacking greatly even among the educated. The spa services are mediocre. They have a long way to improve and catch up to the western ways of Spa-ing.
Great rooms, service, pool, wifi, and everything.
Amazing hotel really comfortable room, good spa service and massages, nice jacuzzi pool and really friendly staff
Nice hotel with good spa. We enjoyed staying there
A good place to reload after the difficult work week. The hotel is brand new and the location is perfect. Still there were a few point not meeting neither high Hayatt standards, nor the simple norms of a 5-star hotel.
- There’s a minimalistic-design sliding glass instead of the door in the bathroom. No active ventilation system, no toilet brush, the gap between the wall and the glass – 3-5 cm. The result: after you go to the toilet – the smell spreads all over the room. This is not acceptable even for a small motel. How on earth it is possible in a Hayatt?!
- There’s a 24h bar in the lobby, though, they serve only alcohol. They have a coffee machine which is turned on and looks operating, thought the receptionist says it is out of order. You cannot have a cup of tea or coffee after 11 p.m. in a Hayatt hotel! :)
- We went to play billiards late in the evening. 20 minutes later an angry security guy comes, talking in a rude manner, saying that we’re violating the rules of the hotel. Dear Hayatt Management, let me please give you some good advcie: 1) If one of the services (i.e. billiards) is not operating, it should not be accessible – just close the door. 2) put a simple table by the entrance of the room, stating the working hours. Why do you expect your guests remembering your rules by heart? 3) Train your staff to talk politely.
The hotel is nice, but it does not correspond to 5-star status.
First of all, the rooms. They are clean and everything is new there, but we were shocked to find out that there is no door for the toilet (just a sliding glass for the bathroom area with a rather big distance from the wall). Moreover, there is no ventilation and no toilet brush.
Also, mini-bars are empty and there is no 24h meal service, just the bar at the reception with no tea or coffee there. The restaurant, pool, ping-pong and everything works till 11pm.
Food was ok, except for the cheeseburgers. Some drinks from the menu were not in stock.
Service is ok, but again: you expect more from 5-star hotel with high-priced accommodation and around 30 guests in it.
I stayed one night in this hotle two night ago at room 325 with 15 more guests in other rooms. Rooms are neat and very nice. Staff were polite. The room rate at this season is ok.but something strange happened for that i am still thinking of it. We arrived at 1am in hotel. And we had not booked the rooms before. Staff made some rooms for us and asked for passports which was very normal procedure. The thing that made me very upset was that the staff wanted cash deposits for about $1000 at 1:00 AM !!? As I understand passport is a valuable item for tourists . I hope hotel policy is the same foe all guests !!
Kind regards
Mehdi
Good place , but expensive prices and week service
Great hotel, very comfortable. Staff is very kind and helpful. Hotel is almost newly built. Food is good although a bit pricey.
