We stayed at this hotel about 2 weeks ago while traveling around Armenia and Georgia for a month, the staff was extremely nice and helpful!, the hotel is very nice, the rooms are super large,, extremely clean and cozy, modern and the TV has English channels. The breakfast was tasty and the location is great, right in front of the main plaza (the café around the corner is pretty good).

Большие чистые номера, персонал приветливый и всегда готовы помочь и пойти на встречу. Один минус - у нас очень сильно протекал душ! Просто целое озеро натекло.
