The Hertz Armenia company is the best to rent cars in Armenia! I came during the summer and rented out a car from here and it was the best choice I made, the car worked excellent and all the workers were really kind to help me out and select the best choice for me! I will definitely come back to rent my car from Hertz Armenia on my next visit!!

During the rental, there was a small malfunction in the car that required repair. I called the Yerevan office just before they closed. They were helpful on the phone and sent Arthur right away, even though we were two hours away from Yerevan. Although he speaks English, Arthur brought a friend who also speaks English, as well as French, in case we needed help in translation. He arrived quickly and fixed the car, offered to help us find a hotel, and even brought us sandwiches in case we were hungry, because it was getting late and we were stuck in the middle of the road.

I am Armenian,
We came for a holidays and rented vehicle in the airport office .
office was amazing , I have never seen hertz Airport office like this, they told us that they have opened several months ago.
Vehicle was very good. Was driven 5000KM.
Stuff was helpfull, kind and dressed hertz uniform .
Deposit was freezed 300EUR , but i got one month ago. to be honest they informed me about it. It makes little bit nervous i couldn't use my money.

Avoid! - Really bad service and potential fraud! They mistakenly charged me using the wrong terminal, self authorised a refund then ask me to pay again when I returned the car which I was annoyed and angry about. (Brexit happened so the exchange rate plummeted.) Out of the blue they are now trying to charge me nearly a year later for a bogus fine. Pictures posted as evidence. Really don't recommend, especially for foreign travellers. 7000AMD fine suddenly jumps to 12000AMD(?) get out! Wasn't even in the country at the time they claim. (We went to Georgia on the 29th after returning the car.) They tried to charge my card without discussion this morning. Avoid avoid avoid!
