I was here for the Ten Walls party. The room was leaking and you could feel the water drop to you head. But overall the place can be a really nice place to shot movies especially when it's a sunny day or summer night. I'm not sure if on winter they can work here.

This is the where all armenian movies were made. But the buildings need a reconstruction. There is nothing left only few things and studios.
