  Completely wasted my time trying to open an account . First visit wait 30 min. Got appointment next day.wait 20 min. Brought all docs of res but they cannot accept deposits without official docs and only issue atm card not bank debit card for shops etc. If they told clear info on 1st visit wouldn't have wasted another hour of time there .

  Terrible service. I have waited for 20 min so they will finish the procedure. Also for withdrawing 400 USD they asked me thousand questions. Shame on you HSBC bank Armenia branch.

  Terrible client experience all around. Their website is impossible to navigate and use without being frustrated to death. Mobile banking is just a pure concentrated ball of idiocy! I have to remember several different passwords to be able to check my balance via my phone!
