I want to say this is our second stay at your hotel. (My fiance and me) Everything is wonderful at your hotel. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and polite. Everyone on your staff are happy and polite and very helpful. I want to say thank you for restaurant staff for making our meals very comfortable and and with a good atmosphere. The manager at the restaurant even helped with my proposal to my future wife. The food is excellent and very fresh. The only thing is I wish you had more seafood like lobsters and scallops. I look forward to our next stay at the end of May of this year.

Spacious rooms, standard breakfast. Lobby bar was a great experience. The rooms where very out and AC was not functioning, was also set at a non adjustable temperature. Room service menu was mostly pizza.
Overall was a good experience.

We had a lovely stay here. We (myself, wife and two kids) stayed for 8 days. The hotel has very good facilities, and it's really quiet. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has a well thought out menu and is really fresh. The pastries are sublime. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned each day. Overall a really positive stay and I would recommend it to any visitors to Yerevan.

Very good and modern hotel. Clean, nice, spacious, with very warm service, great daily housekeeping, and very good breakfast. The location is also very nice and close to almost everything. The restaurant for lunch/dinner is not very good, but around the hotel there are plenty of eateries so that shouldn’t be a problem. The hotel also has nice and free parking space. Highly recommended!

I had great time & I enjoyed to stay Doubletree by Hilton Hotel. The Hotel is fully upgraded high quality standards. Especially the comfort of the bed is very relaxing. I feel secure & protected. Professional service and staff members

This hotel has awful management. I stayed here in nov of 2017 with my sister and niece. We were supposed to receive family rate since my brother used to work with hilton Hotel in USA for many years.
Upon arrival, we faced few confused staff that didnt know how to process this and therefore their head manager Luciano Casagrande came and after 2 hours of waiting he informed us that since my brother is not present, we couldnt use FAMILY rate ( we didnt want employee rate and had the confirmation letter of family booking), at this point we just wanted a room since we just arrived from oversees and had already waited for another 2 hours in hotel for a room so we agreed to pay a full price anyways.
The service here was not friendly and no one smiled, unlike Hilton in usa, employees were not welcoming and sheets had hair on them, then i decided to write a review on Trip advisory and on Hilton survey to maybe get Hilton attention to bring Yervan Hilton match Hiltons standards.( which i thought Surveys are for!!!!) but instead, i think i insulted Mr.Casagrande's ego.
Next morning i received a text from my family to delete my review since the manager in yerevan and my brother's manager Don Anderson in Virginia kept writing my brother threatening him with his job. Don Anderson violated my rights of writing my opinion as a review by telling my brother (who had nothing to do with this) that he will take action against him.
So to not cause any harm to my brother who by the way was a manger himself and worked many years with this company, i deleted my reviews regretfully. They told him, not only i have to remove those reviews, but also i have to replace them with 5 starts.
That wasn't enough, Don Anderson who came lately as GM to my brother's hotel and perhaps wanted to bring his own crew, kept disrespecting my brother enough to force him to resign. My brother is a man of integrity and had worked proudly for many years and would not stand unfairness so he had no choice but to resigned.
I would never choose another Hilton property.response / report this review -

I’ve never been to a hotel that shows you this much courtesy , friendliness and respect . The staff is AMAZING ! To be honest I wasn’t expecting much of the hotel but I was mistaken , every single person in the hotel is friendly and super nice. From cleanliness to food to service .. that’s why it’s the first time I actually put an effort and wrote down a review ..

This is a Great Hilton property with nice and helpful staff, located in center of town, easy to get to other places
Either this is a very new hotel or well kept, spotless with clean smell.
Concierge is helpful and is always there to help with your needs.

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located hotel. 15 mins walk from Republic Square and downtown Yerevan. Everything else very accessible as taxis are very cheap in Yerevan.
Beds were very comfortable, bathroom was well appointed and the breakfast was small, but nice. Highly recommend this hotel!response / report this review -

The overall standard of the hotel and the exceptionally the service you receive from the staff was extraordinary. also the functional requirements of the rooms and service inside were of high standard qualities.
The hotel itself situated in very good part of the city nearing the main tourist attractive centers and squares. also quite close to main shopping centers banks and city restaurants.
The menu in the dinning room was innovative with reasonable variety of choices.
we will certainly be planing for staying there again.
