  I was waiting for an important package and I called DHL office 2 times to find out when the courier will be at my place. They told me that they can't give me an exact time for delivery, but the courier will be at my place before 6 PM and he will call before that!
  So to make this short, after waiting for several hours and finally get disappointed in delivery I checked the status of my parcel which was "Delivery attempted; recipient not home".
  The funny thing is that I was sitting at home all day and the courier didn't call at all.
  Very poor service.

  They charge extra money (about $15 for every single parcel received). This is illegal! Do not use their services in Armenia.
