Pros: Good Place, Friendly staff. Immaculate view , The lentils dish is of the chain. Cons: Wifi was out our whole stay there (8 nights) , A/C was out for 2 days but they got it fixed. take cash with you since their card readers are not using LAN and they are wireless , Poor wifi may result in 3 transactions at once :). overall , this place was beautiful and we def recommend this hotel. (The ride from Air port to this hotel should cost you anywhere from 12 to 30 Armenian money, just throwing it out there since the airport taxi will screw you out of money if they know you are unfamiliar with prices)

1. Location
The location might not near to the city center like Cascade or Republic Square. But it has a good view and a tranquil situation (very recommended for those who like to be in silence). The location is kinda windy, and it gets even very windy at night.
2. Staff
The staffs are very informative and also helpful. They will help you if you need informations about tour etc, They also speak proper english.
3. Room
I took a family suite there, the room is very cozy. It's a big classic style room, which you can ease your soul.
4. Facilities
There's an outside pool, a pond, a big park which we can walk or jogging there. And many other facilities.
This hotel is very fit to get a 5 Stars. REALLY LOVE IT!
