  The worst service. I ordered flowers for my Mom for the March 8 but they did not delivered

  I had the worst experience that could be. I live abroad and ordered flowers for my closest people for the march 8. They delivered only 1 bunch out of 5. They didn’t let me know that they would’t be able to make the order , I learned about it from my relatives. It was really hard to reach them, I used all means I could. Finally I called them on viber, they apologized and told me they had some technical issues and they would immediatly deliver within 2 hours. It’s already two days I am waiting for delivery, they don’t answer my call, the flowers are not delivered, I am really upset. I “appreciate” brabion flora service for my spoilt day and nerves!!!!

  I'm really disgusted with the service they provided. Did not answer to the phone calls hung up on me while I was talking. This was probably the worst experience I have ever had. Not to mention lied to me numerous times
