If I could give zero stars I would. I was horrified to see very recent footage of two dolphins in what appeared to be a filthy and tiny swimming pool in your basement, swimming with young children who were gripping on to them. This is nothing short of animal abuse. I would never stay at your hotel, or any others in your chain, whilst you continue to incarcerate and exploit these poor creatures.

(I would give no stars if I could) Horrified to see that BW supports animal abuse. 2 dolphins kept in the rank, tiny, highly toxic to them, swimming pool. Dolphins belong in the ocean - this is absolutely horrific. I would never stay in a BW hotel again. The manager says it is nothing to do with themHELLO! It's in your hotel!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. Absolutely disgusting behavior. It is NOT okay whatsoever that they trap 2 dolphins in a tiny pool. How would you like it if aliens kidnapped you and put you in a tiny room to live in for the rest of your life?? And then the aliens look at you and touch you for amusement. It is unacceptable. How can they have so little compassion? They need to release these dolphins to a sanctuary. Non-human animals were put on this Earth WITH us, not FOR us.

Please, release dolphins that the hotel keeps captive in a swimming pool.
These animals need to be free not a way for the hotel to make money.
Please be morally correct & release these intelligent animals.

I'm shocked to learn, that this hotel has two smart, beautiful dolphins living in a small inside pool in their hotel! That is not any kind of life for such an intelligent animal! That is why I strongly recommend people to choose a more animal friendly hoteland surely ask this hotel management to find a proper sanctuary for these precious dolphins!

This place is great if you support animal cruelty.
The dolphins are kept in their INDOOR pool. It is cruel and their actions are not without consequence.
It’s a shame such barbaric treatment of animals is flaunted in Armenia.
I hope they find a rehabilitation center or are released into the wild.

Shame on the management of this hotel and hotel chain, shame on ignorant and uncaring tourists who stay at this 'dolphin prison' of a hotelwhen you stay at this hotel, you are paying for and supporting this cruelty! Dolphins swim in open seas and oceans, this swimming pool is like someone keeping you locked inside a tiny room permanently!

Why is there a photo of a dolphin in a tiny pool At your hotel? This is absolutely appalling and I would never book here. Cruel and inhumane. Dolphins are not entertainment they are wild animals.

Really big and clean doubleroom! Great breakfast and dinner with good service. Slept really well. Also cheap price. One small thing, the lock to the bathroom did not work (room 204).

Didn't confirm our reservation and we learnt that 2 day prior departure when they're fully booked. Before this the expressive was good.
