Stayed in this hotel for 3 hours. The reception staff doesnt speak English properly at all. The rooms had stains all over the walls from dead bugs (Not to speak about the bugs that still were alive hanging at the corners of the room), the shower had mold, the safe was so small It couldnt even fit a tablet. To toilet didn't flush properly. There are cups to make tea, but no watercooker or tea. We tried the swimming pool which according to the uninterested lady there was nicely warm 25°C which was really too cold to swim. This hotel is far from being a 4 star. Maybe a 3 star but certainly not more. We moved out same day they ripped us another 31500 AMD for the 4 hours we stayed even though they agreed not to charge anything. Dont stay here they are thieves ! I stay on average 90 nights per year in hotels this was really one of the worst.

Супер! The nearest hotel to the ropeway! Spa is Free! Everything is free! 30 sm of snow for two day, the best powder ever gun!
