Big room, nice staff. Not well maintained. Aircon works only in May-September and its hell hot before and after.

Old building, poor furnished, low ceilings, breakfast w/o any possibility to order omelet. Do not get stuck on the smart lighting of the hotel - it's the only thing that's good in it

The hotel is generally good. Specially the location and the breakfast. But it is somehow old and you can smell moisture everywhere. The sheets and the carpets are old.

The location of this hotel is in the Centre of Yerevan which is a big plus. The design is beautifully done & the café is very good
