Call center ֊ի աշխատակիցները մաքսիմալ կոպիտ են և ամեն հնարավորության դեպքում մումաթ են գալիս հաճախորդների վրա,ու ընդհանիապես աշխատակիցների բարեհամբույր բերաբերմունքի մասին կարելի է մոռանալ

One of the worst banks in Armenia. The internal communication between head office and branches is not working efficiently. Service is slow and not customer friendly. In head office I was told on friday morning that transaction is done while on monday lunchtime there was a problem in two branches. After I asked to check with head office in one of the branches, they told me to go myself to head office as they dont have time Be aware of their working style before going there. !!!
