I have been to Coko many times. Today I went again after not having visited the place for a few months. Things seems to have changed. The photos on the website show an open terrace but this is not how it looks anymore. They closed it in with glass panels and huge umbrellas giving it a dark feel. Also, they played really loud lounge music on a quiet morning. I suggest to go back to the quirky, open, relaxed style.

Best breakfast in Tirana. Good coffee and smoothies!!! Prices are moderat and breakfast is till 12pm on weekend brunch till 3pm so perfect for party ppl. Ambiente and service are good too!

This is a very nice bar. But the best is a drink called 'Banana Di Amore'. This was the best drink I have ever had in my life. Soooo good.

I'm on my second visit to Tirana and fourth visit here. Many locals recommended this place to me. While breakfast isn't that big in Tirana, I'm still a breakfast person anywhere I go. Çoko opens at 8:30am and has plenty of yummy breakfast options. I'm also a student and traveling on a tight budget. I'm not sure about local standards, but you get way more than what you would pay for by US dollar standards.
Their breakfast dishes are filling and yummy. I've tried the scrambled eggs with salmon, vegetarian omelette, and avocado eggs Benedict and all were fantastic. If you're a vegetarian but eat eggs, you won't have a hard time here.
Additionally, the smoothies are fantastic and homemade. Don't miss a chance to try one to boost your morning and energy. I forgot the name, but the morning starter one with ginger was one of my favorites.
I think this place will become a tradition every time I come to Tirana. Can't recommend it enough!response / report this review -
