It is under the fortress. The mosque is very old and is operational. If you go from there, it's worth it.

peacefull place worth a visit and a couple of pics. Just out of Shkoder on the way up to the castle. The interior is simple, nice small panel illustrating with old pics the reconstruction after the earthquake at the beginning of XX century
