Classic style of rooms make this a great hotel. Whether your in town for work or business its conveniently located less than 20 km from the airport. Lots of food options at breakfast and front desk and servers are friendly.

Perfectly located at the center of Tirana. I know this hotel since 2007 and the quality of the service stays permanently high.I especially like the breakfast. The buffet offers good selection of cheeses, sausages, jams and fruits. But my favourites are the French toust and pancakes.

Having ridden here on motorbikes, we were pretty bedraggled when arrived; the porters didn't bat an eyelid, politely helping us in with our panniers, the rooms were clean and comfy, nice pool to loosen up in, a good bar and plenty of local restaurants within a 5 minute stroll if you fancy eating out, the breakfast was nice and varied and the motorbikes where we'd left them in the morning!

The location of the hotel is excellent, just in the center of Tirana, where you can find a lot of entertainment. Services, staff and food are great. Rooms are clean, and with a good view on Skanderbeg square. Bathroom in the room is ok, but the shower cabin is too small, and with the curtains, so if you dont pay attention, the whole bathroom can be flooded.

The location of this hotel is great and the common areas are very swanky. We felt the hotel rooms let the property down though as these were quite dated and incredibly noisy (we had a room at the back overlooking the room). The air conditioning didn't work in the room so we had to open the window to let in some breeze but this then resulted in us being unable to sleep due to the noise. Was quite a disappointing stay.
Breakfast here was plentiful and served in a rather grand dining room.
    Definite room for improvement here.

Quite large hotel, with centrally located position in Tirana. Conference facilities are capable of holding reasonably large events. Rooms are clean and well maintained, but not very large. My room had also a small niche with desk (room was located at the end of corridor). Breakfast is good, but variety could be improved. Staff is very helpful. I was not at SPA or pool areas (but they are included in price). WiFi coverage is good in the room, conference and dining areas, but speed is sometimes a bit limited (max 5 up/2 down Mb/s). Front side of the hotel, facing to the square, had concerts in the evening and back side is facing busy street. But sound insulation is good enough, so one can get some beauty sleep.

I had a confirmed reservation for 3 nights on my computer and they refused to give me a room when I arrived there. They offered me a room at a nearby hotel costing a third of what I had paid through my credit card. They are either largely overbooking their rooms or they let their hotel being run by employee scummers leading customers to other inferior hotels at high prices and gain the price difference. I have all the evidence to prove what I say to anyone interested. There is no way to book this hotel again despite the fact that is perfectly located for my purposes and i will be coming and going to Tirana regularly for at least two years. They are a disgrace both for overbooking if they are not declaring it and definitely for the way they handle their overbookings. If they do not overbook then it is even worse as they are scummers.

Pleasant enough hotel and room. Very pricy for Albania. The major negative is the horrible air conditioning. At full speed the room temperature still does not dip below thirty degrees. The staff keep making excuses. Very unprofessional.

Only went here for the revolving rooftop bar. We had cocktails and sat by the side overlooking the city as the restaurant slowly revolves. Nice way to spend an hour or so. Prices reasonable enough.

Clean but not up-to-date rooms. Need more power sockets near the beds. Also, a ventilation system is badly needed in the bathrooms! Very kind and professional staff. Prices a bit too high.

Nice staff & decent hotel. Fair conference facilities.
Rooms were clean & nice, but old. Bathroom was outdated.
    Small shower with poor drainage.
Gym doesn't open til 9am. Gym equipment and weights pretty decent, but it was hot and no air circulation and you had to pay for water.
Pool is more of large tub. Sauna is only by request.
