Still one of the best airports in region. Great to have such a large airport in one building. Smart structure of the wings with gates. Everything is well taken care of. They improved the queuing for security checks. Good shopping. Lots of restrooms and always clean. Restaurants are pretty good and prices acceptable.

Small efficient airport. ATM of Raifeissen Bank in bagage claim area charges 5 euros for cash withdrawal. Better withdraw money behind customs. In departure hall food only for cash lek/euro.

Service unacceptable!!! We needed wheelchair but when we arrived nobody was there waiting and the person who had gone a surgery had to walk all the way through. When you think that this is one of the most expensive airports for the taxes and the service is this. Shame on you all!!!

Not having Wifi at airport it is unacceptable.
Moreover the structure was designed for 1.5 million passengers/year and currently there is an overload of 1 million passengers.
Would give 3 stars anyway if they had the decency to put a l wifi, but apparently it doesn't seem to be a necessity.response / report this review -

Nice and clean, not overloaded. They do not accept credit cards at the food court they use irreal exchange rates.

Nice airport, everyone has been friendly and usually speak some English. Most stores take USD/Euro inside security.

God forbid you hide any jewelry in your checked in luggage. It will disappear. Good luck asking for the CCTV footage either, they’re running a scheme where you’re just given a runaround and nothing gets solved and nobody is held accountable. Horrible costumer service. Just be cautious and keep your valuables with you at all times. I know it sounds risky to carry them around, but it’s better than a guaranteed loss.

It is a nice airport with a good location (17 km from center of Tirana and 32 km from Durrës). Clean and not overloaded airport. You can coordinate very easy there. You will get WiFi only if you are lucky.

Airport is very nice, there are long lines, but they go by. There are nice shops to buy souvenirs and a coffee shop as you walk in.

This airport is nice as long as you get there one hour prior to your flight so you can get through security and then by the time we are at the gates your flight is boarding which is good

It's a small but really nice airport, I had no trouble there, staff are friendly. There's a small show airplane outside the airport that makes a nice picture, there's a bus that takes u downtown.

A comfortable airport. Arrivals can have long lines at passport control. Pick your bag and you are on your way to an Albanian adventure. Departure hall is well designed. There is a store where you can get groceries, an other where you can pick up last minute gifts, or a café where you can spend a bit of time before passing through security. The toilets were clean during my visit to the airport. Duty free area offers both Albanian and international goods.

I was traveling with a greek agancy and I've met the worst and rudest employee there! She was a woman with curly hair, she was unprofessional and very rude to my sister. Moreover she made a mistake with my suitcase and my suitcase went in Athens but my destination was Crete.

A modern airport. It is a open door to welcome people who want to visit Albania. There are free duty shops where you can buy Albanian goods.

They have decent facilities, but the flights reporting is awful. You are basically in the dark with them.
Not to mention that they are super expensive . The departure tickets purchased from this Airport have a huge amount of taxes therefore making you think twice before using this airport.response / report this review -
