  Not terrible as some of the reviews suggest, but needs a bit of work to get the place properly in order. Probably alright for a short stay (1 or 2 nights) but wouldnt recommend for longer.

  Having read reviews I was horrified, still as our booking was not refundable we came anyway. It is not as as bad. It is true that somethings need hard work and improvements but nothing a good consultant wouldn't fix. This place has the potential for being a great get away. I would defenitly change: the colour of the light in the apartments, bathroom accessories, quality of bedlinen and pillows and pay attention to details like having two sockets but needing 3 plugs to be able to have Internet at the same time you watch TV. Cleaning service can also be improved, when you choose white as main colour you must be ready to clean thoroughly. I would also encourage some professional training. Only non acceptable point for me was the cigarette smell inside of the appartment - it was unbearable. Again nothing some ventilation ahead of our arrival wouldn't have fixed. Attention to detail is what makes the difference!!

  Posto da evitarestanze sporche e non curateneanche la colazione è possibile farelontano dal marepeccato perché la struttura non è male e si potrebbe sfruttare molto meglio

  This place is horrendous. Actually no redeeming qualities. The location is a substantial walk from the beach. It's still under renovation and it is very evident. The room was disgusting with dust and dirt everywhere - no shower curtain in the bathroom and the curtains weren't adequate to keep car lights from piercing the windows. The staff was abysmal and even tried to charge me for a free breakfast that was supposed to be included with the room. Absolutely disgusting - had to cut my stay short because even one night was untenable.

  not good, at all. extremely expensive for a very cheap service. no room cleaning. tons of dirt around the room.
