Extremely friendly folks! Went there in the off season and we ended up playing cards with the hosts and theirs friends! Will definitely go back :-)

Totally fantastic hostel! They organised great transport and guesthouses for the Valbone-Theth hike and it was the perfect place to come back to afterwards to relax and celebrate. The staff were so lovely and the breakfast was delicious (and available whenever you manage to get out of bed). I wish I could have stayed longer and would come back in a heartbeat

Fantastic experience at the wanderers hostel; they helped me and my parents rent one of their private 2bedroom apartment for the weekend, they also helped us figure out our way to Ulcinj, Montenegro for a day trip and another day trip to Lake Komani (took the package to travel by shuttle then ferry and then stop for lunch and kayaking/boat ride in a village). They even provided us a nice breakfast with byrek, croissant, cucumbers, tomatoes and coffee. Super chill hostel lounge area. Hostel is also located in the beautiful old town walkway. All

I fully recommend this hostel. The price is reasonable, everything is clean, but most importantly, the staff is incredibly friendly and offers help whenever needed. The garden offers plenty of possibilities to relax and the coffee flatrate for guests makes the stay even better. See you next time, guys!

One of the best hostel I have been, well the best one so far. Staff is great, and go beyond as for service. Cheap laundry. 2 very nice common areas. Great location and atmosphere.

Cozy hostel with a great garden for hanging out. Met some cool people there. Really friendly staff, especially Su (sp?).
It's a very short walk from the promenade. The 8 bed dorm I stayed in was spacious and the bed had privacy curtains. The plugs for charging were only accessible from the bottom bunk, though. Cool spot to stay in Shkoder.response / report this review -

All others review is may correct but not old tourlists just right places for the youngster like 20~30years not suitable for 50~60yrs old guys for as I been there..

The Hostel Staff was great
Cleaningness was ok, not very tidy but also not dirty
breakfast was good
location also terrific
there are not many showers though, and the toillets are coneccted to the showers, what could be a problem.
Good help for tours and guides

The Wanderer's Hostel truly epitomizes what a classic hostel is. Very friendly, open, sincere, accommodating, simple, creative, fun, and focused on making every guest feel at home!
More people should come to visit Shkoder and Albania in general! The Wanderer's is in an excellent location for one to take some daily, tour guided, adventures! The nature is stunningly captivating, and it make you feel like camping out for at least a couple of days! If you do, you can always wander back to the hostel to relax and enjoy the local environment! I will definitely come back to Albania, based only on my stay at the Wanderer's!response / report this review
