The most informative and passionate olive oil tour we've been on.
Amazing.
Silvana is extremely passionate about what she does, and spent a lot of time with us talking through the details about Olive trees, then teaching us about how to taste Olive oil, about production, about the farm, and basically all there is to know about Olive oil.
Although it was January when we visited, and the Olive trees are obviously empty, we could envisage the harvesting season in full bloom, and this is definitely an experience I would recommend to others.
