Not professionals. They say to come in a specific hour and then you have to wait 2 hours or more. It is insane. You can lose a working day waiting there. Recepsionist are lying like their bosses.

DESPITE THE ODD NEGATIVE REVIEWS THE HOSPITAL IS 5 STAR.FRIENDLY STAFF FROM ENTRY TO EXIT ,VERY CLEAN WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CARE FOR MY 90 YEARS OLD FATHER WHO NEEDED A REPLACEMENT OF HIS PACEMAKER.

Sherbimi joprofesional , te pasjellshme , dhe aspak te kujdeshme per pacientet . Sherbimi me skandaloz qe mund te ofroj nje spital , per me teper nje spital privat ku ti paguan per sherbimin dhe nuk e merr ate .

Vetem 1 dite nga 5 ditet qe ishin ne kontrat, pacienti ka bere fizioterapi pas operacionit. Te tjera ditet nuk ka ardh fiIoterapeuti. Doktorresha sillet me take neper dhoma te pacienteve sikur te ishe ne kafene.
Rrojet tek laura tentojn qe ti japesh lek per ndonje favore. Dhe ne fund te qendrimit ne spital me eshte kerkure ta paguaj edhe nje nate shtese perkundere qe pacientja nuk ka qenderuar.

The scandalous case where after the surgery the biopsy results were totally wrong. This was horrifying experience for the young patient and his family. We had to sent the biopsy sample to another hospital and another country to obtain the accurate results. Stay away from pathological services in this hospital.

Reception poor communication/knowledge not Professional, they talk a lot without an answer you need or to the question you ask!!!!
Impression I got, they don't care even though the prize are expensive.
Just 2days ago had amazing experience at 1 American hospital,
.
I understand they are busy hospital and prizes are very expensive, and they treat people with don't care attitude.
Poor performance on the management team, as reception ask you how can we help and after they can't noticed was not just me felt disappointed was couple other people.
Sorry to leave such long comment, I'm doing this hopefully the operation will change as my experience today felt same as public hospitals.
