My appointment was cancelled 10 minutes before I was due to leave the house and then when I arrived the next day, not having been informed which doctor would see me, I found disarray since their the computer system had crashed. I was quickly met by a barrage of abuse for even daring to ask if I could go to my appointment and if I was in the right place. I was told there were three American Spitali's, which didn't help as I knew exactly where I was. I was summarily told to sit down and I would be called, I kindly asked them that since they didn't know my name how would thy call me? This was was met by further tuts and sighs and again I was shouted at to sit down. I was told it would be 10 minutes, an hour later I walked out. Luckily my health issue is not severe but I saw how they were treating the elderly and I didn't like what I saw. I strongly advise DO NOT use this hospital!

Unfortunately their want to make more profit outweighs the needs of those in their care. Only use as a last resort.

Covid test at 100 euros while in Macedonia is 45; and they won't even answer their phone lines. One would think a private, for profit hospital would be better organized, especially considering the current situation, but sure; the Hippocratic oath can go and die, from the coronavirus.

P.S the average wage for a waiter in albania is around 250 euros a month.

Very bad experience waiting almost 3 hours in row without any discipline or order for the covid test. People just skipping the row and hospital taking money with accepting only one person in.

In October 13th, I took my elderly mother to do a few visits. The orthopedist was, Dr. Laerta, was amazing so was dr. Faruk, the urologist. However, when my mother was being drawn blood, the staff received a phone call from her mother. She spoke to her mom for a while for a private conversation and told my mom that “she is doing a great job”. Unfortunately I was waiting for her outside, if I was with her maybe that would not have happened. However, the girls that help work super hard, I feel for them. I don’t think they can do much, except helping though. Some of the other doctors did not move from their chair, which I thought it’s very unprofessional. Also, they give 5 people the same appointment. I had that experience. It’s not too much money if staff do a better and professional job. Also, I noticed that while you’re 2 hours late into your appointment other people go in and out. I won’t never, ever go there for my children and myself.
Email me here if anyone wants to talk to me.

They try to get you to do different unnecessary things just so they can get the maximum amount of money. Customer service is not good.

I was very involved in observing the care received by a friend that I took to this hospital. The actual care received was good and I have few complaints. However, after my friend was fairly healthy and needed no further hospital care (all she was doing was taking a couple pills each day for the infection) they continued to insist that she stay in the hospital and continued to order new (or, in some cases, repeat) tests. I strongly recommended to my friend that she strongly tell the doctors that she was going to leave unless they had a compelling reason to stay. I would have left (AMA=against medical advice) but my friend was not as assertive and is now in her 5th day of needing no medical intervention other than pills that she could easily take at home and yet they are keeping her in the hospital and charging her around 500 euros per day.

If you are going to go to this hospital you have to be prepared that it is a for-profit hospital and the way they make money is by keeping paying patients in the hospital and continually ordering additional tests. If you have a friend who is medical and you are willing to be assertive you can get good care here; but if you just let them make your medical decisions for you then you had better have REALLY good insurance!

Terrible placeLook elsewhere for your medical needs. Liers..thieveslazy and self entitled. Over charged on a simple blood test by 400%. "Doctor" never got out of her chairI threw $400 u.s. dollars in the toilet by visiting this snake pit after being kept waiting for over an hour in a dirty crowded hall way. Visted world class hospitals on four continents. This place is a miserable fraud.

I went to see Cardiologist, Plastic surgeon, Orthopaedic surgeon, Dermatologist. The plastic surgeon was the worst, they just take your money for an operation and then they dont want to see you again, no aftercare at all, they just keep screwing you around in changing appointments 2hrs before your appointment time, so you wont come again. They also have an extremely low level of medical knowledge. A nurse in Australia knows 10 times what a doctor here knows. A doctorate here is the equivalent of 1-2 year Medical degree in Australia of an 8 year doctorate. Its also not cheap, only half the price of Australian medical care.

The Cardiologist i just got a print off from, the Orthopaedic surgeon couldnt explain anything and didnt know about growing cartilage in a dish and re-injecting it which is common for sports people, he had no idea about stem cells and gave no referral for anyone or anything, he really didnt know what he was doing as I've seem orthopedic surgeons in Australia and the USA. Dermatologist, saw her for a short time, couldn't make a good assessment compared to Dermatologists in Australia.

Had to get all my pathology tests sent to Italy through another hospital because the female plastic surgeon didnt cut the mole out properly and then pathologist didnt know what they were doing, then they couldnt even give a proper diagnosis sheet. So i have to do everything again back in Australia.

You will get alot higher standard of medical care in Thailand or the Phillipines and it will cost less. I have to get everything re-done in Italy and europe now, as they really don't have any medical knowledge here or treat you after.

    Really really bad experience!!!
