Rinas Airport Bus

  First of all bus stop for airport shuttle is not behind National History Museum (may be it was in past). Rinas airport shuttle or Rinas express starts from bus stop behind the Opera house which is a proper bus stand for city bus. You might not find big board or sign to guide you till exact spot but you can ask around or look for small sign board on the ground named Tirana - Rinas bus in front of a cafe. If you are still lost go to tourist information centre just behind the museum.
  
  About the timing, one bus every hour between 6:00 to 18:00 and takes 25 minutes. Its a mini bus and charges 250 lek which is less than 2 EUR so quite a cheap option to consider over taxi.

  Rruga Devijimi, behind Opera house
  That's where the stop is.
  it's a decent mini bus, a comfortable ride, gets to the airport in under 30 minutes, and costs around 220 lek

  The bus doesn't leave from where google maps says, we caught it from behind the opera building. It can be difficult to get to from the main square because some of the area is under construction.
