A great hotel. Has a roof pool that lights at night. Great bar and restaurant. Has outside and inside bar and restaurant. Great service. The rooms are modern and not too expensive. I recommend this hotel if you go to Vlore, Albania

This is a quite new hotel. And you feel it all over. When you mind details it is still under construction. Like the parking garage or the inner "yard". The design is nice, however not always perfectly functional. The shower is not perfectly protected so parts of the bathroom get wet while showering.
The closet was broken so we fixed it ourselves.
The breakfast offers you only four choises (American, English, Mediterranean, European). Avoid the Mediterranean, the European was good though.
The WiFi on our rooms was terrible and broke down constantly and was generally very slow. In public areas it worked better.
To access the pool you have to walk through the restaurant, which makes you feel uncomfortable.
Since the whole area is very new you have construction all around with it's respective annoying sounds.
Overall, you see the attempt to attract tourists to a high class hotel. But it is just a attempt yet and there is a lot to I to actually make it a 4* hotel.response / report this review -

Отдыхали в 2-х местном номере. Окна номера выходят во внутренний дворик отеля, где идёт стройка. В номере очень плохая шумомзоляция, поэтому можно круглосуточно наслаждаться музыкальными хитами, которые играют на 8 этаже в ресторане, ну и конечно стройка
Уборка номеров хорошая. Бывают перебои с горячей водой, но вероятно это связано с бойлером, который не успевает подогревать воду когда все жильцы возвращаются с моря.
Расположение отеля очень хорошее, до море 2 минуты.
Ресторан на 8 этаже и персонал ресторана очень нам понравился. Бассейн и вид с 8-го этажа так же вызывают восхищение!
Обслуживание на ресепшене оставляет желать лучшего
В отеле существует аренда машин, которой не рекомендую пользоваться, лучше поищите контору в городе. Резервировали машину за 4 дня, накануне нам сообщили, что наша машина недоступна для аренды и предложили "аналогичную".От персонала требовалось в 7 утра организовать нам аренду машины. В итоге мы были вынужденны ожидать 2 часа на ресепшене из-за неорганизованности персонала.
При аренде не заключается абсолютно никакого договора. С одной стороны это все упрощает, с другой- возникают вопросы.
Машина форд 1998 года выдалась с пустым баком. В ходе нашей поездки возникли проблемы со спидометром, центральным замком и указателем топлива.
В целом отель не плохой, есть проблемы со стройкой, шумоизоляцией в номерах и персоналом на ресепшене. Отель не тянет на 4 звезды, только 3.
Авто в аренду рекомендую брать в специализированных конторах, где предоставят современный автомобиль с полным баком.response / report this review -
