Pashk Pervathi was born in Manati of Lezhe, Albania on February 27, 1958. Since childhood he nurtured a passion for painting. After finishing art related high school in Tirana, the Albanian capital, he worked as an art teacher while also painting, mainly landscapes.
His works have now become part of numerous collections in Europe and United States. The National Art Gallery in Tirana holds three of his works in their permanent collection. In 2002 he completed all of the paintings in St. Paul's Albanian Catholic Church in Detriot, US.
In 2006 the Albanian President at the time, Mr. Alfred Moisiu awarded him the order of "Naim Frasheri" Gold medal.
In October of 2010 he won the prize "Abdurrahim Buza" in painting, awarded by the Dea Art Center in Ksamil, Albania.
He was the winner of the prize "Kult" and was chosen by the "Kult" Academy to be the best Albanian visual artist for the year 2011.
He has had 38 one-man shows so far, in Albania and abroad.
Today he lives and creates in his native city of Lezhe, Albania.
