We had excellent service by the owners here. We enjoyed several local specialties such as rice qifte and vegetable qofta, and they also brought us an unexpected treat of honey custard byrek. As in most of Albania, the prices were embarrassingly low, and you will not leave hungry!

Very good restaurant with local dishes, good prices and really kind and helpfull staff. You can eat there breakfest, dinner or supper with local wine, cognac, rakija or beer. Waiter give us etra portion of grapes to our order. One of the best restaurant in Albania. I can reccommend. Go there.

My wife found that restaurant as a suggestion in Pascal guide (polish edition). I consider this place as a must, because it's so good. We've ordered 2 salads - one very similar to Shopsks and grilled vegetables. Both really nice as starters. Next two dishes were rice balls with egg and meat rolls. 2 beers and bread.The food was delicious. Everything 1350 LEK (10 EUR).
This place has a very good setting - not in the main street, if you seat outside you are under a large platan, service is fast, the view is good, not very broad but interesting.

Disappointing. Food was average. hot dishes were barely warm (some of them tasted as if they had been heated up in the microwave). Service was average, I didn't find the couple that runs the place as nice as many others had written in their reviews.

This is the best restaurant in Gjirokaster. Kujtim and his wife, Silvana always take care of their guests, speak some English, and make amazing food. You can't go wrong.

Lovely little restaurant with good seating both outside and inside (with a glass partition). Family run. Great food. Well priced. Unless it gets crowded - which it can - they let you sit there with a glass of raki or two. Go to Kujtim while you're in Gjirokastra!

I had a dinner at this restaurant.As this is a family business I could find tasty food and a nice atmosphere.Most of the tables were with foreign people.The prices are very good compared with other countries and average compared with Albania.The food is not spectacular but is correctly cooked.The services is a bit slow but this can be explained as the restaurant was full and only one waiter(the owner) was serving.To sum up this was a nice dinner experience.I really recommend to taste lamb ribs.
