View is good ,it looks like they had some good idea for the resort but they faild on very important details
Water for shower is salty from sea 🌊 this is crazy
They stop Air conditioning from the reception desk
Wi-FI sucks
Food soso
On the beach they have stupid restrictions front umbrella are only to pay 3,50 💰 not mention on the front desk

Where do I begin ?
Do I begin with false advertisement of cable and free wifi, or the "cleaning service" who showed up once out of my seven days stay (even though we had to go and ask them to, cause they would've never came to clean in the first place).
Let's start our day with the glorious free "breakfast" that you never receive because the service takes too long to even bring you a cup of milk, and don't ask for coffee, tea, or water because it'll be extra charge. If you've never been to a resort that you had to pay to get into the pool, get ready because you will here.($5/person).
Also, Nothing like getting out of the beach and coming home to take a shower with salty water. And that shower head that shoots all the way over to the toilet instead of your head and body, so you have to hold the shower head with one hand and wash yourself with the other.
Ps- bring your own paper towels, toilet papers, bed sheets, and everything that goes in the kitchen.
Besides the restaurant and the food being substandard, they have this so called "inheritor market" where they only have a few drinks and some napkins to sell, other than that, all the shelves are empty.
DO NOT leave anything behind because you will never get what you forgot back.
There is so much more to say about this place, but my fingers are getting tired

This Hotel does not even deserve half of a star!
-Very dirty rooms
-wifi terrible
-food quality on lowest level
-expensive
-sea is dirty
-the beach's also very dirty and full with people

This hotel was awful! After paying our stay we asked to get the money back after 1 hour since we recognized that te water of the shower was salty - so it came from the sea! this was disgusting! moreover there was a smell from the canalization in the whole apartment always in the mornings and evenings which was not bareable! then they told us that we were able to sit anywhere on the beach but this was not the case there were only few umbrellas we could use and this only in the back rows since the first rows were reserved for people who werent staying at the hotel. after complaining about that the management just ignored us and was very unfriedly. the food is also very bad.. All in all stay away from this hotel!

The outdoor environment is great but many things should be changed in the hotel - food and basic services such as food offer and preparation (not at the level of the quality of food offered elsewhere in Albania), cleaning, air conditioning which is not operational all day/night. This place and hotel has a great potential but hotel management and services should be put on a higher level.
