  The worst bank that I've been. The staff works really slowly and they provide wrong information. Totally disappointed

  This bank really sucks. The staff is not respectful to the customers, we have to spend hours in line and the staff provide false information. I do not recommend them.

  I can speak for intensa San paolo branch at Kavaja street Wolsawagen ..Every time I have to come in this branch I have to wait for hours , personnel is very slow and working always with less employer in duty receiving the clients .I complained to the manager but nothing change even the personel is very rude . I think the bank lacks the personnel and management, seems to me that they don't care at all about their clients.
