  Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff.
  Loved the room and balcony (Seaview).
  Breakfast is served as a buffet.
  The hotel has parking places in front of it.

  Our room was great, we checked in at 10pm without reservation or Albanian Lek and the owner was so lovely, she was happy to receive Marcedonian Denar and give us a bed for the night! Breakfast was great too.

  Our room was without air conditioning, forcing us to open the balcony door and welcomed the mosquitos to enter into the room. The sheets for the first day were clean. After that for three other days they dont changed anything. The balcony was full of spiders and dust. Apart the breakfast, all the rest was average.

  The location is perfect. Very close to the lake. Most of the hotel rooms are facing north towards the lake.
