  Staff was very unfriendly. Never asked how was our trip when we arrived, never said thank you for ur stay when we left. The room was far from the pictures they show on their site and smelly. The breakfast was very poor and the breakfast room really tiny. Not a nice experience and not worth the money.

  Even though the hotel is in a good location, it,s old and out of modern fashion. Many things in a bathroom were brock.

  Warm and cordial staff, clean rooms, prompt room service and the best elevator in the world! (It has a mini tv to keep you entertained with Brazilian pop songs while you're in it)

  The room was extremely dirty. I am not a picky person and it was genuinely grim. The mattress should have been thrown out years ago too as it was heavily bowed. Worst was the very grumpy person on hotel reception who told us that there was no bus to Gjirocastra the next day - which was very unsettling for us, and inconvenient, and not true!
  
  The bar though is very nice and worth a visit.

  Great value. Old communist hotel that has been fixed up. Toilet paper, towels, heat, clean, comfortable for $15 off season.
