Great shisha with welcoming people, they do have special fruit shishas with watermelon and apple too. Prices are fair, and you’ll get a great view over Tirana since the bar is in the rooftop of the building.

Great view of this part of the city. The entrance is through a regular elevator in the building and a bit hard to find. Service is good and the music is not too loud.
