Very bad service at the restaurant. Extremely rude and arrogant staff. Quality of room service not sufficient. Also, they stole my ID and wouldn't send it back to me.

I booked a double room here by email since march for 21 to 28 of July. Around two weeks before our stay I write to ask whether credit cards are accepted for payment, I get no reply. I call and they tell me that there is no reservation on my name but if i want i can still reserve from 23rd to 28th. I said I do have a mail that confirms my reservation and that I have already planned my holidays around those dates and I couldnt change 2 weeks on advance all my plans being in the Netherlands. After spending all day communicating with them they send an email saying "the room is yours".
Then when we go there the first night they place us in a room that was anything but a hotel room; it looked more like a warehouse, with four beds when we had asked for a double room, very worn out and dirty bathroom and a fridge that did not work. The very next morning we had to raise our voice and they offered to move us in another room; the other room was drastically different compared to the first one, yet again very different from what they advertise in the website: the room was small, no fridge, no working tv, no working wifi, a door that could barely get closed and although they would change the sheets daily, apparently they didnt have a drier for them and more than once they placed new sheets half wet!!
The service was awfull with waiters acting as we had obliged them to work there, being totally rude and unhelpful; the only nice people were the cleaning ladies. The wifi worked only in the reception.
Breakfast was poor, badly served and most of the time they wouldnt replenish so if you went half an hour before the breakfast serving time was over, probably you would find nothing.

The only nice thing about the place is the location, reason why i insisted to go there given that it was the first time my boyfriend was visiting Albania; yet again is not worth the money at all. If you dont want to ruin your holiday avoid this place.

Very bad experien e at the restaurant. The waiter took 20 minutes to take our order and 40 minutes to bring it. All while being rude and having a condescending tone. The food was tasty but the portion extremely small and the price was too high.

lovely big rooms that are nice and bright. like most places in albania water gets everywhere when having a shower. the beach is beautiful with lots of sunbeds and umbrellas free to use. there's also actual beds too you can lay on at the beach. breakfast buffet was big with lots of salads, meats, cheeses, pastries and cereal. the pool is nice overlooking the sea and there is a bar too with comfy seating on the deck. the wifi only really works near reception but even sitting there it is extremely slow so if you need internet it's really not the best. we didn't like that we were asked to move away from the restaurant even though there was only one other table there. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but when there was no one there and we were guests of the resort it seemed a little silly.
