The schedule of visits and the telephone number for information should be written. Of all the contacts I managed to collect online, none works, like many other institutions!
Do not help in your offices, at least answer calls and inform people.

Received excellent advice from officer at this Albanian Border and Migration Police office, Tirana. The officer provided hard copy of Residence Permit Application and advised that I meet with local police office in Sarande, where I will be residing.

Duhet te shkruhet orari i vizitave dhe nr tel per informacione. Nga te gjithe kontaktet qe arrita te mbledh nepermjet internetit, nuk funksionon asnjera ashtu sic shume institucioneve te tjera!
