Large selection of apartments directly from developers and in new areas, and what was most important for me, the apartments have certificates of ownership, and that the agency manager speaks English fluently. The entire procedure from the selection of the apartment until the signing of the contract of sale took about a week. We agreed to a meeting by phone, there was never a canceling of show an apartment or a meeting through the fault of the agency :)
