  Good food, but a VERY SLOW service. The waiter did not speak English. Although the pizza, pasta with sea food, and beef were tasty, I waited for more than 30min to get the starters. The environment is nice, and you can have a view on the Rozafa castle, but the cost for that is the time you have to waste.

  Nice place, beautiful view, perfect local food, friendly staff - you must try it, this is good side of Albania :)
