  A perfect place for relax and good vacations, good price and a lot of services. You can try the sauna that is lovely and Hi class condition. The interior is perfect look like Gaudi Art Design and all the rooms have the view from the sea side. I recommend for everyone to come and anjoy this beautiful Hotel In Saranda

  Went to the restaurant, ordered Risotto with zucchini, tomato, shrimp, parsley, white wine. What was delivered was dried up rice and 4 prawns. It was disgusting. Please never go to this restaurant!

  Rooms are very good with all you need beside a frig. The hotel has a good location but not that close too center. The staff is very nice. The worst part is breakfast that is not tasty and is cold

  I'm giving only two stars for the bed and the bathroom. Other things sucks. Horrible corridors, almost claustrofobic. No windows. It seems you're traveling on a ferry boat. Until semptember you're charged with 10 euros a day for the parking and 10 euros a person for the swimingpool. The free one, is just a pond for children. The beach is a very small one. This hotel isn't worth the price. Dont believe the pictures on IG or FB. Are just girls, like to make a check in.

  One thing advertise on sites another is reality!!! Because of someone like VIP(told me the major of Tirana-😱) made me and others move the cars outside the hotel area( beside they charge you in the garage).Room with a view on a Wall(see photo) never thought exists😂, for my 3 months baby instead of bad they brought me a playstation and they said "this is the bad for the baby", bathroom big and clean but no place where to dry towels when you come back from the beach. Breakfast ...same every day but lucky mixed with bees flying on top...What else..hmm personal OK, but can be better

  The bartender on the beach doesn't know to make any of the cocktails except Mojito. They have them on the menu but just for decoration. I asked him to tell me where to go to order tequila sunrise- the one that I wanted, he said nobody that works here can make it... �
  
  I don't like that for all north building there is only one 1 square meter elevator which is always busy and you wait like 10 min to get anywhere.
  
  The waiters never have change.
  
  There is no beach. You go down few stairs and you are in the sea. There is a tiny beach with little rocks on the side but that is the beach from the hotel next door.
  
  Terrible internet. I have full wifi bars but nothing is loading, not even messenger.
  
  The pool is nice, but can use little more cleaning. And there is lots of children in the adult pool, most of the time they have toys with them and splash everything around them.
  
  We are staying in a private appartment and I would give 5 star for it, but the resort doesn't deserve more than 2.

  I spent 7d here. The staff was amazing, friendly &very helpful. The food was great. The room was so so so clean (they cleaned it every day). The view was fab. It was quiet in the bedrooms so I got some good sleep!

  Sono andata in coppia ad agosto 2016 per una settimana, il posto è molto bello e ha grandi potenzialità, ma di accoglienza e di attenzione al cliente non ne sanno proprio nulla. Pubblicizzano molto il fatto che lo staff parli italiano ma non è così, si riesce a malapena a comunicare in inglese. Il wi fi in camera non c'è, si può usare solo nella hall e altri luoghi comuni come ad esempio la piscina e la terrazza per la colazione. Ho avuto un piccolo diverbio con una ragazza addetta al bar piscina che voleva farmi pagare un cornetto gelato sciolto e andato a male, ricevuto in cambio dopo averne già acquistato uno nelle stesse condizioni. Abbiamo anche avuto problemi con l'acqua del rubinetto in camera che quasi sempre alla sera usciva fredda. Il servizio di pulizia in camera per contro è ottimo, nel complesso il panorama e l'atmosfera compensano le mancanze di organizzazione.

  Un turismo in crescita. Da migliorare i servizi sopratutto se vogliono un turismo europeo. 4 stelle per descrivere dove possono arrivare se tutto funziona..
