The location is bad, as you can see in the pictures. The hotel is situated in a block building at the first floor and looks like it's improvised. The wind is blowing through every window and door, especially the one from balcony and the windows from the bathroom. In the bathroom was very cold, after the first day experience, I didn't had the guts to take the shower on the second day of staying in this Hotel, because it was so cold, especially the floor, was freezing. The parking experience was bad too. I had to paint my front hood because something was licking from the ceiling, and the stains were not removable.

Nice Hotel, near the center. Offers view also parking and internet. Not pricey for the commodity it offers.

I booked the hotel because I liked the decor better than many places in Tirana. The staff try but they are not very helpful. The cleaning ladies do a great job. The wife of the owner was very rude unfriendly and kept on complaining about my 20 month old child. She told me to hold my child while they have no elevator and nobody offered me help with 2 large suitcases. They overcharged me and the breakfast was very bad. The only good thing was the espresso and the jam. The bathroom was horrible as you could not take a shower the water would be everywhere and there was no place where to put toiletries. They try to screw you. Be careful. They are just after the money not about satisfying their guests.

Nice little hotel - the building from the outside is ugly but inside it's very nice. We had great service from one receptionist but very poor service from another. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was very small, but then again the price of the room was cheap so it was alright. Clean and modern, nicely decorated.

The hotel was fine enough until we checked out. At 8:30am no one was at the front desk except the cleaning lady, who spoke no English, and we were unable to get our bill to pay. The doors were physically locked from the inside, and we had no way out. After a long shouting match, the cleaning lady called an employee for help, who basically chastised us for not paying earlier (even though it is advertised as a 24 hour front desk on the booking site we reserved on). Long story short, they finally let us go and said they'd charge our card later.
Apart from being physically unsafe, locking guests in with only the employees having keys to open it, we were insulted beyond belief in the process.response / report this review
