  Located in North Side just before Kool FM this gym is amazing. It offers the security of a card to enter and door closes after entering and can only be open by members with cards. There is a aerobic room with the option of boxing, weight lighting or regular exercise, accessories such as mats and steps are available. The machine room consist of elipticals, bikes, threadmil, rowing and stair master machine. The weights room has a variety of weights and machines to work every body part, flat screen Tvs are also in the gym, wifi and a radio to amp up your workout. Members can do membership payment or monthly payments. There is a sounna which is available depending on your membership selection and a small store located in the office that overs fitness clothing, a scale weigh in and protein powder for muscle building. The top floor is complete but no available to members for use as yet.

  Acceptable conditions. Gets a bit too crowded because it is small. Enough equipment for simple needs. Good service.
